In which year did you started to do the fitness sport?
2000.

Why do you like fitness?
It is the ultimate challenge to sculpt your body. I also loved putting the routines together! You get to be really creative.

What is your favourite meal and drink?
Pizza and Beer!

What is your favourite diet meal?
Strawberry oatmeal.

What do you think about the fat burners products?
They do help those who have difficulty getting that extra bit of leanness, but they MUST be used moderately.

Do you use the fat burners products?
I have, but first-handedly experienced how mentally addictive they can be, and how unhealthy this can make a person. I now use them very rarely.

What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular?
Well I'm noticing that the girls in the Fitness America Pagents are looking more and more like bodybuilders every year. Getting to that point was not why I began competing. And I would only participate in drug-tested events.

What do you think about the future in fitness competitions?
I hope they ALL become drug-tested.

Say something about your gymnastics preparation.
I had a bit of experience as a kid, but I did go to a local gym with a friend who also decided to compete. I learned to do a front handspring, and even in my off season can still wow the students in my gym classes with it! However, I did not have the time to spend on gymnastics to learn anything more difficult. I have too many other sports I enjoy!

Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard?
Yes. But by only a few weeks out, one gets into a mode where you just train like you have to and eat food as fuel.

What is for you the hardest in fitness sport?
Dieting.

What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /?
I will only compete in fun competitions now. I don't like how training for fitness competitions consumes one's life. To be really successful, it has to become part of your life. For me, I just want to be fit and healthy. I am pursuing my career as a teacher, as well as trying to become a writer. I also am more interested in fitness modelling than competing.

Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions?
Placed 3rd in WSNO 2000 Canmore, Alberta fitness and bodybuilding competition.
Placed 2nd in the Miss Molson Indy Vancouver Island 2001.

What is for you very important in fitness sport?
Maintaining happiness with you own, real self image- maintaining BALANCE

Write your another hobbies?
Writing, reading, singing, hiking, jogging, horseback riding, ice hockey, football, snowboarding and skiing.

What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year?
My grandmother died and it was very sad for me. However, her death made me realize the importance of living for every day, and trying to find happienss each day. I have made a huge life change and moved away from the city, back to my hometown in the country, into her house. I have realized how much simpler country life is, and am much happier being closer to my family.

I love doing biceps and chest. I really don't like training legs!
