In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? 1994.

Why do you like fitness? Fitness brings a new meaning to life. It is fullfilling in a way that it gives you satisfaction with yourself knowing that you are dedicated to it. It makes you more goal-oreinted and is very mind pleasing. I love the rush of blood I feel after a good day's workout. It makes me feel so happy, healthy and alive.

What is your favourite meal and drink?
I love Mexican food and a nice big slushy margarita to wash it down with

What is your favourite diet meal?
I love oatmeal and egg-white omelets with fat-free cheese.

What do you think about the fat burners products?
I think if used in moderation they are beneficial and safe if used correctly. However, they are a big no-no if one has high blood pressure, heart or thyroid problems.

Do you use the fat burners products?
I use them occasionally if I need a quick boost of energy before a workout. Sometimes I use them two weeks out before a competition.

What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular?
Actually, they are now marking the fitness competitors down for being to muscular and straited. They stressed that they want a soft curvy physique with a good amount of muscle but not too much. However, at the pro level, the women continue to be big and hard. It is a very subjective sport and can be frustrating to many competitors including myself at times. It can be a constant struggle trying to figure out what the judges are looking for that particular day of competition.

What do you think about the future in fitness competitions?
I believe they will continue to thrive and grow as will the Figure competitions. The Figure competitions was a great addition to the lineup since this gives non-gymnasts a chance to compete. It has drawn several women's interest and has increase the popularity of the bodybuilding/fitness organizations.

Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard?
Yes, the diet and training can be gruelsome but it is totally worth it and that is what it takes to make it up to the top. I normally start my diet 12 wks. out and progressively become stricter as the weeks pass. I do allow myself one cheat day a week. This helps curb my cravings and keep my sanity.

What is for you the hardest in fitness sport?
The diet is definitely the hardest since it isn't very fun compared to the training. However, I don't like to do cardio. and that is a must come precontest.

What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /?
I would like to become a professional figure competitor. After turning pro. I would like to do guest appearances along with some modeling work for magazines, etc.

Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions?
Career Highlights: I held my cross-country school record for 7 yrs. along with receiving MVP in track and cross-country for 3 yrs. I was the only one in the history of my school to do well at the regional level and along with making All-City and All-County.

What is for you very important in fitness sport?
The main thing is that I still have fun while competing. Once it becomes no longer fun I will move on the other goal-oreinted hobbies, etc.

I love sunbathing, playing all sports, cooking, and just being outdoors on a nice sunny day.

What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year?
I will continue to compete nationally and hope for the best!
