In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? I started as a bodybuilder in 1999, and fitness in 2001.

Why do you like fitness? I like the challenge and the discipline required to compete...as well as the lifestyle you have to lead.

What is your favourite meal and drink?
Rare NewYork Strip steak and a good dry red wine.

What is your favourite diet meal?
Oatmeal.

What do you think about the fat burners products?
I personally do not beleive they are good for your body due to personal experience.

Do you use the fat burners products?
I ised to use them until I had a bad experience..I have not used them for over a year.

What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular?
Fitness competitons are about symmetry, muscle definition, strength, flexibility, presentation and showmanship.

What do you think about the future in fitness competitions?
I beleive there is a great future for fitness, it just has to be promoted more, and become more mainsteam.

Say something about your gymnastics preparation.
I am not a gymnast..so I had to learn a little of gymnastics. I take one to two lessons a week to learn the basics..I focus on other things such as strength and flexibility to out in my routine...gymnastics are not required to compete in fitness.

Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard?
Yes, the diet is very strict but worth it.

What is for you the hardest in fitness sport?
Learning gymnastic movements.

What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /?
Be the best I can be and have fun while competing.

Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions?
Winning my first fitness show.

What is for you very important in fitness sport?
It is important for me to have fun and be challenged while I am doing fitness. The day it is no longer fun, will be when I stop.

Write your another hobbies?
Cooking! I love to cook, reading and embroidery.

What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year?
This year 2002 is still beginning! I am hoping that all the turmoil in the worl will end by the end of the year....

most favorite: legs. I like doing plyometrics to sculpt my legs I also like doing all sorts of abdominal exercises.
Least favorite : bicep training...
