In which year did you started to do the fitness sport?
In 1994 I began weight training, and my first contest (bodybuilding) was in 1999.
Why do you like fitness?
I love the feeling from working out, and the health benifits make working out that much more important. The fitness industry challenges women and provides us with the oportunity to reward ourselves outside of the gym.
What is your favourite meal and drink ?
I love peanut butter and chocolate. I also enjoy sushi, and greek salads.
What is your favourite diet meal ?
Rice with chicken, or sweet potatoes with chicken. I use on everything and it's tastes great! This is my main form of fat and I use it every day.
What do you think about the fat burners products?
I think they can be helpful if used properly and with a clean diet and a lifestyle of exercise. People who take them without watching their food are wasting their time, unless they are Ectomorphs: Ectomorphs are typically long-boned, possess lean, lithe limbs characterized by long muscle bellies, and have a great deal of trouble adding muscular bodyweight. In truth, these people have difficulty putting on any bodyweight, lean or otherwise."
Do you use the fat burners products?
My body type is more of that of a Endomorph. (opposite of Ectomorph) so enjoy the benifits fat burners offer. I used them in my contest preporation for the 1999 Muscle & Fitness Mania where I placed 1st in the womens light weight class.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think , that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular?
I think that womens fitness contests are more then appearance. The women are judged on their everything from their routine, strength moves, body symatry, and costumes.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions?
In my eyes, the future of womens fitness looks great. More women are familiarizing themselves with weight training. Competing in fitness contests offers them a goal to keep them on track and motivated.
Say something about your gymnastics preparation.
I have not taken gymnastics and have not ever competed in fitness.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard?
When I trained for my bodybuilding contest in 1999 I took my time, starting 6 months out. I wanted to be sure that my body was lean and ready for taking the trophie for 1st place! I allowed a cheat day every few weeks, to help my sanity. * One point I kept in mind is, my competitors are doing the same as I am, eating the same foods, training the same hours, but I will train harder, and eat cleaner and come out on stage looking better!
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport?
I have not competed in fitness.
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /?
My dream in the fitness industry is to become a recongnised role model in the fitness industry.
Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions?
I have not competed in fitness so here are my accomplishments within the fitness industry. Winning the 1999 Muscle & Fitness Mania contest. Appearing on the back cover of Oxygen Magazine and modeling for:

What is for you very important in fitness sport?
For me, it's important to keep setting new goals. This helps keep me motivated.

I enjoy teaching dancing, producing videos on 'how to dance', travelling, dancing, and writing.
What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year?
I am very excited about my modeling for Alex Ardenti. As for my worries, I don't let them stay in my mind for long,...everything is positive.
Write please your favourite and not in favour exercise.
I enjoy working my triceps and shoulders. For Exercies: Tricep Dips on two benchs. Shoulder press, and reverse flyes for my rear delts.
