In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? I started bodybuilding in early 1992. I noticed how some of the women looked back then in the Muscle and Fitness, FLEX and Muscle Builder Magazines, so when I went to the gym to join I met up with Sue Martin ( Miss Australia in the late 80's ) who told me I have great genetics for bodybuilding. So, with encouragement from her and lots of motivation....an addiction was born!!!!
Why do you like fitness? I feel so healthy, feminine, happy and sexy!!
What is your favourite meal and drink?
Well if we are talking about off season "junk" food....Ice cream / breads / Mexican food (the list is endless .. put it this way..I am not fussy!) I like diet sodas too. (diet root beer .. yum!)
What is your favourite diet meal?
Oatmeal and protein podwer with a dash of calorie free maple syrup!
What do you think about the fat burners products?
I think they are wonderful as long as you do not abuse them or use stronger one which can mess with you in the long term!
Do you use the fat burners products?
I use them when I am preparing for a photo shoot or show. I like the AST Sports Sciene products a lot.
What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular?
It seems they are heading that way these days. I dont know what to make out of all this.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions?
I believe that it may be heading in the wrong direction.I mean lets face it, I have seen the fitness girls look bigger then the lightweight bodybuilders!! What's that telling you!! Dont get me wrong, I mean if that is the direction it is heading and is going to stay, then I can see the new figure shows taking off well.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard?
Sometimes, but I always try to keep control and do what I have to do. It is more a matter of feeling good about myself and making sure I am getting in lots of heavy hard training if I am eating more calories then usual.
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /?
To be able to compete again, this time in the USA. Currently I am an Australian citizen and unable to compete at the National level within the IFBB-NPC here in the US. I plan is to compete at a smaller local show in 2002, or for one of the Women's Extravaganzas and then work my way as high as I can.
Write please your biggest success in fitness competitions?
Australian Nationals second place. I also won numerous State titles as a lightweight bodybuilder.
Write your another hobbies?
Animal lover, sun, surf, sand, spending time with my family and friends is high on the list!!

Dumbell Flyes (chest) or Skullcrushers (Tricep) Love both of them! Dont like doing cardio!!!
