In which year did you started to do the fitness sport? 2000-seriously, before that, I always ran and did a little weight-training.
Why do you like fitness? It makes me feel wonderful, look great, gives me confidence, and helps me get clients!
What is your favourite meal and drink? Mexican food, doughnuts, good wine!
What is your favourite diet meal? Egg-white omelet with salsa, sushi.
What do you think about the fat burners products? They are okay in moderation. I don't take them often.

What do you think about the fitness competitions? Do you think, that the fitness competitions are only about the big muscular? Not necessarily. I don't compete, though.
What do you think about the future in fitness competitions? I think they will get more popular.

Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard? Yes, but it's when I get ready for a big shoot, not a competition.

What you be happy and be worry /saddy/ in this year? A little sad.
