When did you start to do the bodybuilding? In 1995 I did my first competition.
Why do you like this rather men´s sport? I enjoy being strong and powerful!
Write please, your biggest bodybuilding success. I have many 1st place trophies; but I must say that continuing to be level headed and down to earth, and not allowing bodybuilding to control my life has been my greatest bodybuilding success.
What do you think about the fat burners? I think that they work,if you also add exercise and healthy eating.
What think about you another people,who know, that you do the bodybulding? People that know I compete in bodybuilding think that I have great self-discipline, and dedication.
Do you think, that bodybuilding is harder for women than for men? In competition yes. The judging criteria seems to change from day to day. One day the judges want big and freaky, next day they want smaller and feminine. With men they always want big hard and freaky (it never changes)!
What is your wish in your bodybuilding career? To continue enjoying what I do!
What is your favourite diet meal? Grilled chicken breast, and a salad with feta cheese, cranberries, almonds, and a citrus dressing. And maybe a small golden yam on the side.
What is your favourite meal and drink during the year? I almost always prefer water, but if I drink alcohol, I like frozen peach or mango margaritas. For food, I LOVE ice cream, or spicy food like....Indian or Malaysian food.
Write please your hobbies? Bellydance, yoga, indoor rock climbing, traveling....and my favorite is spending time with my family over a BIG meal.
