In which year did you started to do the fitness sport?
Competed in Fitness Comps for 2 years but always since the age of two been competitive in sports and pagaents.
Why do you like fitness?
I got into fitness because be around Army soldiers got me in the competitive spirit again.
What is your favourite meal and drink?
My favorite meal is cheeseburgers or pizza and favorite drink in diet pop(pepsi) or red wine.
What is your favourite diet meal?
my favorite diet meal is peanut butter I wish I could eat it all the time I like crunchy.
What do you think about the fat burners products?
I think fat burners are ok only for motivation. But you should always do your research and check with your physician first. They help me with fitness comps because of my digestive disorder slows my metabolism and sometimes I just don't want to do two one hour cardio sessions a day.
Do you use the fat burners products?
Yes, but off season I don't use them hardly.
Say something about your gymnastics preparation.
My gymnastics background just started a year and a half ago. I usually pick up on things quick including gymnastics but to improve takes years of practice.
Is for you the period of the diets before the fitness competition hard?
I think the diet is the worse part of it. Me being active in the nutrition field I feel the body fat they get to is so unhealthy and hard on your body physically and mentally. It is not normal and we should represent what the average individual should do to be healthy. The fitness dieting really is tough on me medically. Plus it is hard for me to have a social life. I become so into the training that I can't enjoy others and what they bring into my life. Yet, it keeps you disciplined.
What is for you the hardest in fitness sport?
Probably the diet periody.
What is your dream in fitness /what do you want to reach for /?
What I want out of fitness competitions is the reward of accomplishing something that noone does day to day. Plus I am a performer. I want to win or top 5 of major competition that will land me a contract so I can get paid to work out. In return give me the opportunity to help others achieve their dreams. Also some acting or modeling.

My other hobbies are crystals, love the victorian age, anything with the water, I like to try new things.

My favorite exercise is tricep pushdowns with rope. I love my triceps. My least favorite exercise is the Bench Press cause of my right shoulder.
